Job Description

Tracks the progress of projects and ensures complete and timely delivery of services
Works closely with the Creative Director and Art Director in planning and overseeing systems, processes, production, and delegates tasks
Coordinates and maintains good relationships with stakeholders
Oversees all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Ensures that the production team is meeting the expectations of the clients and stakeholders
Provides professional support to the team and motivates the members to work together to achieve team goals and co-operation within the team
Conducts quality assurance processes throughout the project life cycle
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attend meetings whenever reasonable and necessary
Advocate for the studio’s success and be assertive in upholding the company’s values, ideals, systems, and processes

Minimum Qualifications

At least two years of work experience
Degree in communications, business, design, advertising, management, or other related major
Excellent written and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Work well in a collaborative team environment
Able to work under pressure
Excellent time management skills

Required Technical Skills

Experience with tools like Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, or similar platforms for task management, scheduling, and tracking.
Understanding of design workflows and the ability to streamline processes.
Proficiency with communication tools like Slack
Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS365 apps
Experience as a graphic designer a plus
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud apps a plus
